Halloween Craft & Gift Show on Saturday (& know the curfew rules!)

The 8th Annual Maple Grove Community Center Halloween Craft and Gift Show is coming up this Saturday, Oct. 28 at the Maple Grove Community Center. It runs from 9:30am to 4:00pm.

This event will showcase a wide range of products and services related to gift & handicraft sectors from leading exhibitors, including fashion jewelry, bags and hats, beauty products, chocolates and fudge, clothing for women and children, garden ornaments, glassware and ceramics, home decor, homeware products, and picture frames. Check it out if you have a chance!

Also, be sure you know the curfew rules for Maple Grove so your kiddos don’t get rounded up on Halloween :).

The Maple Grove Police Department enforces the Hennepin County curfew. The county curfew applies to anyone under 18. The curfew is designed to protect children and teens because statistics show a significant amount of crime involving juveniles happens late at night. There are exceptions for employment, school, religious observances, sponsored recreational activities, emergencies, and errands at the direction of a parent or guardian. The law applies if the child is in any public place, including walking, biking, or driving a vehicle.
